bull999 Platform Usage

By accessing, registering or using any part of the bull999 website at https://bull999.onl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the full terms and conditions stated in this document.

These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and bull999 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling page, which also apply to all users.

To register a bull999 account, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Hold a valid Malaysian MyKad or passport.
• Register in your own name and for your own personal use only — not on behalf of another party.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list enforced by any regulatory authority.
• Not be prohibited from using online gambling platforms under the laws of your country or region.

Each user is only allowed to hold one (1) active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all accounts concerned being suspended or terminated and balances returned at bull999's discretion.

bull999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of MyKad, bank statement or other documents to fulfil Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure requirements. Accounts that fail to verify their identity within the specified period may be temporarily restricted.

bull999 provides a variety of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except for payments made via crypto assets.

Transaction Limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours for approved withdrawals.

Accepted Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and crypto assets USDT, BTC and ETH.

Each withdrawal will be processed to the same method used for the original deposit. If a withdrawal to the original method cannot be carried out, bull999 reserves the right to determine a suitable alternative method after full identity verification.

bull999 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers may charge fees according to their own policies.

bull999 offers various promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own conditions that must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus — 150% First Deposit Bonus:

• Bonus value: 150% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM888.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus received must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn.
• Calculation example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM150 → balance RM250 → wagering requirement RM150 × 20 = RM3,000.
• Another calculation example: deposit RM1,200 → bonus RM888 → balance RM2,088 → wagering requirement RM888 × 20 = RM17,760.

General conditions that apply to all bull999 promotions:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• bull999 reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of any promotion with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts, hedge betting or techniques that undermine the integrity of promotions — may result in the bonus being forfeited and the account being closed.
• The VIP Programme with five tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) offers weekly cashback ranging from 0.2% to 1.2% depending on membership level.

All game results generated by the bull999 system are final and binding. Users agree to accept results generated by a random number generator (RNG) that has been certified as fair and impartial to all parties.

Specific rules for each game category:

• Online Slots: Credits will be deducted from the account balance before each round. Winnings are credited immediately after the round ends.
• Live Casino: All bets at the baccarat, roulette, blackjack and sic bo tables must be placed before the dealer closes betting. The result announced by the dealer is final.
• Sports Betting: The odds displayed at the time of betting are the odds that apply. bull999 reserves the right to void a bet if the odds were set incorrectly due to a technical error.

bull999 is not responsible for any internet connection disruptions on the user's end during a gaming session. Any bets confirmed through the system cannot be cancelled due to technical disruptions on the user's side.

bull999 users are fully responsible for ensuring that:

• All personal information provided to bull999 is accurate, current and true.
• Account passwords are kept secure and not shared with any third party.
• Use of the platform is for personal entertainment only, not as a primary source of income.
• Betting activity does not use funds obtained through illegal activities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bull999 platform:

• Using bot software, automated scripts or any tool that provides an unfair advantage.
• Launching any technical attacks against bull999 infrastructure, including hacking attempts.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of live casino or sports games.
• Uploading or distributing unlawful content through bull999 communication channels.

Violations of these rules may result in immediate action including account suspension, cancellation of all related bonuses and winnings, and referral to the relevant authorities.

This content is protected by international copyright law. Users are not permitted to:

• Copy, distribute or reproduce any bull999 content without written permission.
• Use bull999 brand names, logos or trademarks for commercial purposes.
• Extract or reuse substantial portions of the website's content to build a competing website.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bull999 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.

• The platform will be continuously available without interruption or technical errors.
• Any software errors will be fixed within a specific timeframe.

bull999 will endeavour to minimise service disruptions and provide advance notice for scheduled maintenance. However, unexpected technical disruptions do not entitle users to claim compensation.
